I'm an interpreter and translator and I offer translation and interpreting services. I work in fairs, companies, conferences and many other events. I also offer teaching and transcription services.
I graduated from Teresa Ciceri High School, in Como, with a diploma in foreign languages and certificates First, DELF and Zertifikat Deutsch. After High School I studied at the University of IULM, Milan, within the faculty of Interpreting and Translation. I focused on translating and interpreting between Italian, English and French. I graduated in 2011 and the title of my thesis was Media Interpreting: the case of Condoleezza Rice at “Che tempo che fa”.
During the academic year 2009-2010, I moved to France, where I attended the Université de Savoie in Chambéry. I participated in the European Bi-National Project and ERASMUS and I finished with a Double Degree Certificate in French-Italian with excellent marks.
In 2011 I enrolled at the Faculty of Conference Interpreting, at the University IULM. I specialized in simultaneous and consecutive techniques. I graduated in 2013 - full marks of HONOURS - and the title of my thesis was Degustazione del vino tra edonismo arte e scienza. Percorso terminologico francese-italiano. During these years of training I had the chance to get a lot of work experience. I learned to interpret and translate in different contexts (in fairs, conferences, B2B meetings, for companies, law offices, etc.) through various techniques including consecutive, simultaneous and whispered interpreting.
Today I work as a freelance interpreter and translator in varying fields from Italian, my native tongue, to English and French.
I work for private clients and interpreting and translation agencies. I collaborate with event agencies and with a team of colleagues with different linguistic combinations. I am organized, versatile, determined, helpful, precise, careful, punctual with my work and well prepared. I am also flexible to travel as work requires within and outside my Country.
